Laura Cadiere, chef for over 15 years, inherited her grandparents’ love and respect for local products.
She decided early on to devote her life to gastronomy, and learned the trade under the benevolent and formative eye of Eric Cornilleau, chef at the famous Marseilles house Les Arcenaulx.
In 2013, she flew to London to work as head pastry chef at a French restaurant, then joined the brigade at the famous starred restaurant at the top of the Gherkin.
Back in Provence, closer to her family, Laura continues to explore a palette of flavors inspired by her many travels, particularly in Asia.
Her cuisine and menus reflect her taste for beauty, discovery and sharing.
